Our role and organization responsibilities
Rydora determines the purposes of business enquiries, customer relationships, support and platform security processing. For customer-controlled service records, Rydora generally processes information under the organization's instructions and applicable contracts. Legal roles depend on each activity. Organizations must provide lawful instructions, required notices and permissions, and appropriate access and retention decisions. This allocation does not exclude Rydora's statutory responsibilities.
Additional service and technical information
Depending on enabled workflows, records may include admission or discharge information, guest and patient contact details, messages, attachments, feedback, orders, invoices, amounts, payment status and transaction references. Connection and security records may include IP addresses, device/browser information, authentication/session information, timestamps and diagnostic logs. We receive information from you, authorized organizations and service interactions. A QR service-point reference does not itself mean continuous GPS tracking. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, full card details, Aadhaar copies or unrelated medical records in enquiries or free-text requests.
Consent, lawful grounds and choice
We obtain consent where required and otherwise process only on a ground permitted by applicable law, including legally permitted voluntary provision, employment uses or legal compliance where their conditions are met. Merely browsing or reading this policy does not grant blanket consent. Optional promotional contact requires any legally required consent and can be stopped through either contact address. You may decline optional information or withdraw consent using the available feature or either email address. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; we explain any effect on services requiring that information. Contracts do not replace legally required consent.
Disclosures and business transfers
Necessary information may be shared with authorized providers supporting hosting, storage, communications, service delivery and security under appropriate obligations. Applicable providers depend on deployment and enabled features; request deployment-specific details from us. Disclosures to courts, regulators or law enforcement require a lawful basis and appropriate scope. Advisers or potential successors in a financing, restructuring or business transfer may receive necessary information under confidentiality and legal safeguards. A transfer does not remove statutory rights or authorize unrelated use without a lawful basis.
Storage and international transfers
Storage and support locations depend on deployment and providers; we do not promise that all information remains exclusively in India. Transfers must satisfy applicable Indian restrictions, any required consent or comparable protection, sectoral requirements and customer commitments. Contact us for locations and safeguards relevant to your organization before providing information subject to localization requirements.
Delete your portal account or personal details
To request deletion of your account or personal details from the portal, email support@servicedock.in or contactus@rydora.in. Either address can be used; a portal login is not required. Use the subject "ServiceDock account/data deletion" and provide your registered email or phone, organization or Business ID and Login ID if available, and the scope of your request. Do not send passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents. We verify identity proportionately and coordinate with the organization when it controls the records. We explain completion or any lawful reason for retaining specific records. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be preserved.
Retention limits and backups
Retention depends on record category and purpose, including enquiry follow-up, active accounts and service delivery, financial compliance, security investigation or a specific lawful preservation requirement. Information should be deleted or irreversibly anonymized when its purpose ends and no lawful retention requirement remains. Restricted backups remain subject to replacement cycles and lawful preservation requirements. Legal holds do not authorize unrelated use. Ask either contact address for retention applicable to a particular record.
Rights and nomination
Use either contact address to request information about processing, access, correction, completion, erasure or withdrawal of consent. Where applicable law provides nomination rights, you may nominate a person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. Rights depend on applicable law and commencement of its provisions and may be subject to lawful exceptions and protection of others. We explain required verification and lawful restrictions. Submitting a request does not require payment or disclosure of your password.
Privacy grievances and escalation
Email contactus@rydora.in or support@servicedock.in addressed to Rydora Private Limited - Privacy Grievance Handling, with the subject "Privacy grievance". Include the issue, organization, earlier request reference if any and a safe reply address. We aim to resolve privacy grievances within one month of receipt, or any shorter mandatory period, and explain the outcome or further action required. Reply requesting escalation if unresolved. You retain access to competent authorities and courts. Where applicable DPDP grievance and Board provisions are in force, follow the required internal grievance process before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.
Children and lawful representatives
Under the Indian DPDP framework, children are persons under 18. Organizations using patient, resident or other workflows involving children or persons requiring lawful representation must establish required authority and any verifiable parent or lawful-guardian consent before processing unless a specific lawful exemption applies. This policy supplies no such consent or exemption. Report suspected unauthorized collection to either email address for investigation and appropriate restriction or deletion.
Security incidents
No system guarantees absolute security. Report suspected compromise promptly to either contact address and your organization. Safeguards must be proportionate to processing risks. Where an incident triggers legal notification duties, Rydora will make required notifications and coordinate with affected organizations and providers. This policy does not waive statutory security, compensation or breach-reporting responsibilities.
External services and communications
Portals may use authentication and session storage essential to their operation. Browser controls may affect functionality. Optional non-essential tracking requires any legally required notice and consent before use. Service and security messages may remain necessary after promotional opt-out. External payment, communication or distribution services may have their own notices; mentioning a category does not mean every integration is enabled. Rydora remains responsible for its own legal duties.
Indian law and mandatory rights
This policy operates subject to Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable sensitive-personal-data rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 as their respective provisions come into force. Sectoral requirements may also apply. Nothing here grants blanket consent, allows unlawful processing or excludes mandatory rights and remedies. This policy does not claim certification or universal compliance. Material changes will be communicated where required; a new purpose requiring consent needs appropriate notice and consent rather than presumed acceptance through continued use.
Who we are
Rydora Private Limited operates ServiceDock and the ServiceDock Staff application. This policy covers our website, staff application and service operations platform for participating hospitals, hotels, hostels and other organizations. Your organization controls the work accounts and service records it provides to the platform.
Information we process
We process staff names, login identifiers, organization and business identifiers, roles, departments and work assignments. If you choose to upload a profile photo, we process that photo. Service records can include requests, notes, task status, shift and availability activity, response and completion times, room or bed references, and related customer or patient identifiers and contact details when enabled by your organization. Website enquiries include the contact and business information you submit.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, manage staff access, route and complete service requests, operate organization-enabled workflows, maintain profiles, record work progress and operational performance, respond to enquiries and provide support. Information is used to provide the organization’s services. We do not sell personal information. This notice does not authorize unrelated advertising or profiling.
Camera and photo access
The staff app requests camera access for QR scanning and supported photo features. Photo-library access lets you choose a profile photo. A selected profile photo is uploaded to provide the profile feature. QR scanning uses the code to identify the supported service location. The app does not request microphone access for audio recording. You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings.
Organization access and service providers
Access to work and service records depends on organization, role and assigned permissions. Authorized staff and administrators can access information needed for their responsibilities. We use AWS for hosting and storage and Expo for application build and distribution services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Data retention
There is no fixed retention period for all records. Staff, profile and task records are kept while needed to provide the organization’s services, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, except records required by law. Retention can depend on the organization’s service requirements and applicable obligations.
Account deletion and privacy requests
To request account deletion, personal-data deletion, access or correction, email support@servicedock.in or contactus@rydora.in. Include enough information to identify your account and organization, such as your Business ID and Login ID. Do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization. Records required by law may need to be retained. You may also contact this address with privacy questions.
Security
The platform uses authenticated, role-based access. The staff app communicates with the production service over HTTPS. Please keep account credentials private and contact your organization or contactus@rydora.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Website cookies and device information
The marketing website does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and delivery services may use essential technical mechanisms and process connection information to deliver and secure the service.
Children’s privacy
ServiceDock Staff is intended for authorized organization staff, and the website is intended for business enquiries. These services are not directed at children. Patient or resident information supplied by participating organizations is handled within the organization’s authorized service workflows.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. The operator is Rydora Private Limited. For privacy enquiries and account or data-deletion requests, email support@servicedock.in or contactus@rydora.in.
